Hog-It-Up BBQ’s smokers were first fired up in 2007 when Pitmaster Mike Lackey saw Pickin’ in the Panhandle WV advertised for the first time, and thought that after years of cooking BBQ for family and friends that competing would be fun.  He asked his brother Kevin, if he’d like to give him a hand ……. that is just the beginning of the story.
